Michael Henry

A lifelong weightlifter and fitness enthusiast, Michael was one of the many who felt the physical and psychological toll of the gym closures that were enacted in response to the covid-19 pandemic.

It was clear that resiliency & contingency measures needed to be implemented into his own fitness program in order to maintain consistency during the turbulence of the times. By marrying his professional successes in training, program implementation and management (in other industries) with his knowledge & passion for exercise, he was able to do just that!
What began as a personal passion project soon garnered attention and inquiries from family, friends and acquaintances as the aesthetic & performance benefits of that programming became more evident. Commissions & training requests began coming in, which inspired him to get educated & certified as an NCCA accredited Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Michael currently trains a variety of clients, applying those same resiliency protocols to their customized programs to help them achieve their individualized goals, including: aesthetics; strength; body re-composition; cardiovascular training; weight loss; power ratio; competitive performance & lifestyle improvement.
